Natasha Ickes is a Resilience Strategist, multi-passionate entrepreneur, and acclaimed author. With two bestsellers and numerous awards to her name, she has firmly established herself as a thought leader in resilience and leadership. As a 4x TEDx speaker and holder of a Professional Communications Certification from Harvard, Natasha brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her clients.

Since founding Shear Passion Salon in 2012, Natasha has become a prominent figure in both the beauty and coaching industries. Her hairstyles have been featured in Munaluchi Bridal, the largest bridal magazine for women of color. She has also contributed articles to prestigious publications such as the LA Tribune and Hudson Weekly.

Natasha’s deep commitment to uplifting and empowering others is evident in all she does. She regularly provides free haircuts for the unhoused and mentors young women of color through workshops designed to help them overcome unique societal challenges; work which earned her a Certificate of Congressional Recognition. 

Through coaching, keynotes, workshops and retreats, Natasha helps individuals and organizations navigate change and disruption, providing innovative tools and strategies that foster resilience, innovation, and success. Her coaching focuses on developing leadership, accountability, and motivation, ensuring that her clients not only overcome obstacles but thrive in the face of them- skills she learned first hand. She overcame years of homelessness, addiction and hopelessness before developing the mindset and skills that enabled her to turn her life around.
